62-Year-Old Runs Dream Restaurant Successfully Post Retirement, Serves Homemade Food with Love!

Summary: Chasing a long-cherished dream, 62-year-old Smita Surendranath Blaggan started Lake View Restaurant in Goa.

Who said after a certain age retirement is the only resort for elderly people? Inspiration can find you at any age! The only thing that it demands is that you recognize your calling. Discovering passion and rekindling your dreams at the age when people expect you to retire is the new ‘IN’ for senior citizens.

The person who we are talking about is Smita Surendranath Blaggan- a 62-year-old restaurateur based in Goa who after getting retired from her government job made her way into the hospitality sector chasing her dreams. Her lake view restaurant is the labour of love and passion of hers and her son Rohit (30).

A Blend of Diverse Culture

Born in Karnataka’s Dharwad district, Smita is a Maharashtrian who married into a Punjabi family. The stark contrast between the two cultures would have given a cultural shock to anyone. However, for Smita, it was a boon. With such a diverse family background, she received exposure to multiple cuisines and flavours.

Not only is she well-versed in different world cuisines such as Italian and continental, but also speaks multiple languages like Punjabi, Konkani, Goan, and Maharashtrian. Smita likes to make all the spices on her own that she uses in her lip-smacking dishes. When it comes to shopping for raw ingredients such as fruits and vegetables, she ensures to do it on her own.

However, the Journey was not Easy!

Smita and her son Rohit started their restaurant in March 2020. But before they could start their operations, the nation went under lockdown due to COVID-19. The following months were full of uncertainties, anxiety, and a sense of unease.

But as they say, good things and good coffee take time to brew, this mother-son duo waited patiently during that time as they were super-confident about their food cooked with delectable flavors and lots of love.

All Roads Lead to Good Food

Recalling her younger days, Smita says, “I remember cooking as early as 10 years old, making jawar roti for my father. Even after I got married and moved to Goa in 1986, food played a very important role. I am a foodie and so I’m always on the lookout for new cuisines and foods to try.”

She continues, “My mother and mother-in-law were both wonderful cooks and I have learned a lot from both of them. My love for good food was so strong that I enjoyed coming into a Punjabi family and learning so many new things. In fact, after eating my mother’s mutton curry, the smell would linger on my fingers for up to three days and I would love that.”

Soon after her marriage, her place became the favorite spot for everyone when it comes to relishing delightful food. From her husband’s colleagues and bosses or her children’s favorites, the food that she whipped attracted people like a magnet.

The 60s’ Gave a New Direction to her Life

For many people starting a new business post-retirement happens by chance. But Smita always wanted to own a restaurant. It was a conversation that she often had with her late husband as well. Every time she would host a bunch of people at her home, her husband would often suggest that food is her true calling.

The restaurant was started when her son Rohit returned to India from Dubai in 2020. Starting initially with a minimum investment of about INR 25 lakhs, her restaurant is located right next to a shimmering lake with a seating capacity of 150, which provides this place an edge over other cafes.

Fun, Food & Flavours

Along with a spectacular view of the beautiful lake, Smita ensures that her guests receive nothing but the best Goan food in Goa. She is particular about everything that happens in her kitchen. From making garlic and ginger paste to the freshly pound masala, everything is made once the order is placed.

Smita says that every day comes with its unique challenges which make life even more interesting. She says, “What is life without some masala and drama.”

From flipping the pages of a cookbook as a young girl to now becoming a proud owner of a restaurant enveloped in the aroma of her various recipes, Smita shares that she is living the dream of her life.

4 Import-Export Business Ideas To Start In India

Businesses in India have a specific advantage when it comes to exporting because they have various mediums to minimize production costs and maximize profits. And, expanding into the global market is the best way to build brand recognition, scale business and boost profits.

India is a great place for small and medium enterprises to start an export business for several reasons. And, the reason is that they have access to inexpensive labor and materials. India has a wide variety of natural resources which makes it convenient to source raw materials for production.

If you want to start an export business, here are 5 products you can export from India:

1. CLOTHING

India has one of the largest textiles and apparel industries in the world. The main reason behind it is because India has strengths across the entire value chain from fiber, fabric to apparel yarn and has competitive manufacturing costs.

One of the most important cash crops in India is cotton which is an important raw material for a lot of clothing manufacturing. Currently, it contributes to 12% of the country`s export earnings. Why it is more profitable today is because the global demand for clothing has increased and people are spending more on different types of clothes. Athletic clothing, loungewear, and pajamas are currently very popular because people want to be comfortable as they work from home. Comfortable shoes are also a must.

People are still buying clothes that are meant to wear outside of the house, but once offices, restaurants, bars, clubs, and borders reopen, the demand for this type of clothes will likely slowly rise again.

2. JEWELRY

Since India is the land of so Kohinoor, many minerals and gemstones are found here. Gold, copper, and garnet are some of the most common precious materials found in India.

India produces large quantities of diamonds since the land is so rich in coal. Although diamonds are not rare gemstones, they generally come with a hefty price tag.

India primarily exports jewelry to the United States, China, Japan, and countries in Europe. By November 2020, nearly 25% of India’s jewelry and gemstone exports went to the United States.

3. RAW INGREDIENTS

Thanks to the country`s suitable climate, sugarcane and rice are two cash crops of India. These two crops require a specific climate to grow hence they can be harvested and can be sold as raw ingredients anywhere in the world that doesn’t have a suitable climate.

One more reason is that these two raw materials have a decent shelf life, so transporting them is also not that difficult. One thing that you will have to ensure is the storage. To store the raw materials in containers that will safeguard them from bugs, rodents, or other creatures.

Though Sugar and Rice are not easily spoiled and can be consumed, you need to keep them fresh and clean. Also, check with federal regulations of where you are exporting to. Also, ensure that you are following the guidelines.

4. PHARMACEUTICALS

Pharmaceuticals are crucial as ever since we are amid a pandemic and people around the globe are growing unhealthy.  Additional drugs and supplies are necessary for treating the symptoms of COVID-19 patients. Ventilators and other life-sustaining equipment are in high demand.

Aside from COVID-19, diabetes is posing a major issue around the world. Some of this disease is caused by genetic factors, but it is exasperated by unhealthy lifestyles and diets. When people do not manage it, they need specialized drugs, insulin, and tools for checking their blood sugar. The insulin alone demands the need for a variety of syringes, ports, and more. Diabetes is simply one health issue that is increasing the demand for pharmaceuticals. Heart disease, cancer, respiratory diseases, and other chronic conditions are on the rise.

How Bada Business Community App Helps Your Business to Grow Exponentially?

Summary: Are you an entrepreneur who is looking for a dedicated platform to interact with other business owners and industrialists to discuss innovative ideas and creative approaches to various business challenges? Bada Business community is the answer.

“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”- Hellen Keller

This inspirational quote has been a popular one with us. So many times whenever we forget the power of community, this quote reminds us of the unforgettable strength of people coming together for a common and a greater cause.

This theory can be applied in many aspects of life- both professional and personal. For instance, a business can be founded by a single person, but its sustainability and growth depend on its employees. Whether it’s a startup or a large company, an organization can achieve its goals only if its manpower works together and play its part perfectly.

Similarly, in today`s digital world, a brand can make its presence when it reaches out to its target audience. But, not every customer is your customer. And not every platform is meant for your business.

For instance, where Facebook promotes strong family relationships, LinkedIn symbolizes a platform that is meant only for professional relationships. You can share your vacation pictures on Instagram and Facebook, but on LinkedIn, you will have to abstain from doing so. Hence, a company needs to identify its target niche for business growth and scalability.

For so many years, we have been witnessing the surge in social media platforms that are meant solely for entertainment purposes. There is a dearth of good social media platforms that are meant only for entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, wantrepreneurs, SMEs, and MSMEs. A platform that allows its users to learn the twisted dynamics of business fundamentals in a layman language is the need of the hour.

According to InvestIndia.gov.in, our country witnessed the birth of 44 unicorns with a total valuation of $92.77Bn in 2021. In the first two weeks of January 2022, India has got its 2 unicorns.

Since the onset of COVID-19 many young entrepreneurs are looking to take their startup businesses to the next level. But due to lack of guidance and a tailored-fit community, they often end up doing a 9-to-5 desk job. To help the Indian youth with their entrepreneurial journey and small business owners, we have launched the Bada Business community app!

Where using social media platforms might be helpful for the B2C business model, for B2B business, these platforms often result in a waste of time and effort.

At Bada Business community app, you will find relevant people with whom you can discuss the possibilities of business and share your ideas. What`s more? 5 Skills Entrepreneurs Must Seek In Their Employees!

As the pandemic has changed the world forever, it has also forced the world to think beyond the obvious and come up with something revolutionary.

In the first and second quarters of 2020, there have been mass layoffs by the companies. According to a report by the International Labour Organization (ILO), around 81 million jobs are wiped out in 2020.

We are in 2022, but every year, one or the other virus variant keeps giving us surprising visits. Thankfully, in India, a significant amount of the population has been vaccinated and the economy has also begun to look promising.

Many startups are doing well and have joined the Unicorn club. Other startups like Nykaa have got themselves listed on the stock market.

Needless to say that building efficient manpower would be one crucial step to transform the businesses. The process of hiring criteria post-Covid is going to be a demanding exercise.

For large businesses or small businesses, the pandemic has paved way for smart thinking. If you are an entrepreneur and looking to expand your team, these set of skills you should be looking for in your prospective employer:

Reliability

Any business becomes successful when it is being consistent in its customer service, product performance, and the productivity of its employees. If your employees are not consistently performing well or focusing on their productivity, your startup business will not experience growth. So always hire people that show consistency in their behavior and resume.

Analytical Thinking

You don`t need hands & legs to drive your organization, you need a head and heart to drive your organization. Thus, people who can think critically, quickly, and can solve problems with ease should be given preference. Complex problems need creative solutions and this new hiring trend will focus on such analytical skills.

Agile & Flexbile

The smartest business decision you can make is to hire qualified people. Therefore, hiring the right people is very important.

Apart from looking for qualifications and skills ‘flexibility’ is what you should be aiming for. Flexibility is the need of the hour, and we all must look for people that can easily adapt to the new working norms.

Hire people who come for the love of the job. A person who loves challenges will deliver the service and products just the way your customer needs and would be the right fit for the business.

Creative Mindset!

Modern problems need creative solutions. If there is one thing that can never be off-the-shelf that is Creativity! Thinking out-of-the-box will always bring a sense of innovation in every dimension of business. Creativity can take you to places and help you discover practical solutions to various business problems. Hence, bringing in a creative mindset will take your business to a whole new level.

Versatility

Courtesy to Covid-19, new tasks, roles, and responsibilities have emerged suddenly. Hence, we all must stretch ourselves to the optimum level considering the hiring trends post-Covid. But, of course, we just can`t expect a CA to fix our desktops. But, yes, an employee must have a vision and a perspective. The prospective employee must bring a set of multiple skills that will outdate role titles and definitions to benefit your business.

Making a comeback from a struggling situation is not easy, but reaching out to the right people is. Shift your perspective from the mainstream recruiting process to a creative one.

As the hiring trends have changed, make use of Twitter and Linked In to interact with job seekers and connect with them on a personal level too.

For other business problems, you can take online business courses for entrepreneurs. The idea of managing a business is easier said than done and we completely agree with you. This is why to help you move forward with your business goals, we at Bada Business offer exclusive problem solving courses that come with Foundation courses, specialized courses, and value-added courses.

4 Vital Traits That Keep Businesses Relevant For Customers

Summary: Staying relevant should be the priority for the entire organization and not just one function, product, or service. Those that understand this stay in business while others fade into the sunset.

Since the foundation of growth and success for every business is staying relevant to their consumers, companies always try to focus on it. However, over the past few years, the dynamics of business have changed. Earlier, once established, companies used to worry about the changes that will make them irrelevant. Today, these changes take place over months or every couple of years.

A recent example that tested the relevance of companies across the globe is COVID-19. Small or large, companies of all the scales were tested at a short notice to operate in a virtual model and pivot their businesses. Companies like Amazon had inherent agility built into their business to utilize the moment of disruption. And this is why they sustained. But many startup businesses failed to even sustain themselves for the first few weeks and collapsed.

At the pace the world is changing, companies can no longer stay glued to familiarity. Entrepreneurs must learn that transformation is not an endgame. So, it is critical to provide value to their customers at all costs.

Here is a ‘Formula of Four’ that can position your startup businesses in a better place than others to stay in the game no matter what:

1. Customer is the Only King

To embrace a customer-driven approach is not an option, but imperative for companies. Making it an obsession to value customers can be the ultimate key to success. By placing the customer at the center, startup business can prioritize their activities with ease, pivot quickly when needed, and optimize their products and services.

For instance, the ideology of Airbnb`s- create a world where anyone can belong anywhere- is the major driving force behind the strategy in the customer service, product development, recruitment, and the markets that they explore.

2. Innovate or Die

Conventional business practices and processes are passé. It is time to embrace an inclusive approach that looks from the customer`s point of view and then translates it into a product or a service. Creating exceptional customer value is the need of the hour. To reach this stage, you must understand the broader context and the driving forces behind the change.

For example, Adobe, when moved to a cloud-based subscription model their revenue dropped initially, but later registered much higher growth than before.

3. Reinvent Yourself

Once established, startup business should keep reinventing themselves. Self-disruption helps to embrace the future by building an organization that is constantly becoming better with each passing day. However, it also challenges entrepreneurs in more than one way. It puts more emphasis on progression than on perfection, on learning than knowledge and founders have to reimagine conventional ways of thinking, working, and executing. If you want to make your startup business a winning company, think without fear. Winning organizations are unafraid to disrupt themselves.

4. Learn From Failures

Self-disruption is not for the weak-hearted. It is easier said than done and involves great risks. Failing small and building big on success, taking calculated risks and small bets, and encouraging it as an organization-wide culture is vital to stay relevant in the business world.

Hence, learning from failures and to keep exploring multiple small ideas is the key to becoming a successful small business.

In these challenging times, staying relevant is a constant journey of inventing, reinventing, and not about landing with a perfect solution. And this should be the quest for the entire organization and not just one specific branch or hierarchy.

The idea of managing a business is easier said than done and we completely agree with you. This is why to help you move forward with your business goals, we at Bada Business offer an exclusive Business Coaching Program that comes with Foundation courses, specialized courses, and value-added courses.

Never Buy A Franchise Before Asking These 5 Crucial Questions

Many people want to start their own business, but either doesn`t have a startup business idea or lack the entrepreneurial vision. A franchise business in India is one of the most feasible options for those who don`t want to start a business from the scratch.

Purchasing and operating a franchise is easy and is similar to coloring inside of the lines. Brands that are well established and have a strong presence already have a niche market. So, if you don`t have a problem selling burgers that are made by someone else, a franchise business may be just the ticket for you.

But the universe of a franchise is broad and diverse. It has arguably more than thousands of options, which is both good and bad news. So many choices often result in confusion and lots of intimidation.

Though franchise business in India offers a new yet practiced way of doing business, there are multiple things you should clear before choosing any franchise business.

Every year, a lot of entrepreneurs enter into a franchise business for the first time. But very few achieve success. So how will you decide which franchise is good for you?

Here are 5 questions that you must ask before investing your money in a franchise:

1. How much do I invest before entertaining customers

You may find the initial charges and investment-related information on the company website or franchise brochure, but you might incur various other costs afterward. Hence, you should ask about the initial investment in details apart from the basic information. Ask them about real estate, equipment, leases, etc.

Always ensure that you discuss these terms in detail with the franchisor so that you have a clear picture of your investment and your financial requirements to get up and running.

2. What changes did they make to support their franchises through COVID-19?

Two years ago, asking this question wouldn`t have come even in the existence. But now we are living in a changing world. Thus, you need to ask them how they supported their franchises throughout COVID-19. Knowing how things went in the worst of times will give you clear insights into how things might go in the best of times or amidst any other crisis.

Many good franchisors went out of their way to support their franchisees. Some even waived off their fees and helped them obtain paycheck-protection-program funding along with making them updated with new technology.

3. What sets your brand apart from its competition?

Competition is a part of any business. However, it is important to understand what makes one brand different from the rest. For instance, if you are thinking about buying a fitness franchise, you will want to understand what sets this brand apart from the crowd and what concept do they have as a brand. As it is your money that you want to invest, think twice before you invest. Make it a point that you understand the business model and value proposition of franchise businesses in India.

4. What is your failure rate? How many franchises have closed and why?

Even the most popular franchise brands have their franchisees closed due to one reason or another. In some cases, it’s the franchisee`s fault as they did not have the required skill set or could not adhere to the system. But in many cases, it’s the franchisor`s fault. It could be insufficient training or an inefficient business model.

As no one wants to invest in a bad business model this is why it is important to examine a brand`s failures no matter who was at fault.

5. Are there any Financial Incentives or Deals?

Franchisees often hesitate to talk about monetary incentives or deals. Many franchisors offer discounts on the franchise fee. They also offer to waive off the royalty fee for a few months to help the business take off.  So before you decide to invest in a franchise business in India, ask your franchisor whether they assist you in lease negotiations, site selection, etc.? What support staff will be accessible to you and in what other ways they will assist you beyond providing initial training?

Franchise business in India often comes with less risk than starting a business from scratch and offers a path that can lead to success and profitability. However, it is important to ask the above-mentioned questions and many other things to ensure that you are putting your money in the right direction.

To Kick Start Growth In The Country, Strong Fiscal Policy Support Needed: EY India!

To kick-start growth in post-COVID India, strong fiscal policy support in the form of stimulus measures is required, according to EY India.

The consultancy`s June edition of Economy Watch stated that the health sector should be the primary focus of the fiscal stimulus package. According to the firm`s June edition, “This could ensure meeting the short-term healthcare demand arising from COVID’s Second Wave and a possible Third Wave besides supporting growth and employment in the economy.”

As per the report, the package should solely focus on income support measures for the vulnerable rural and urban population. It should also focus on making provisions for additional vaccination expenditure as the Central Government`s recent announcement for its commitment to finance 75 percent of the country`s total vaccine procurement.

Besides, the policy should also take care of any additional expenditure, which is directed mainly towards expanding health sector infrastructure.

“Together, these add to Rs 2.35 lakh crore of which around Rs 0.65 lakh crore can be accessed by the restructuring of budgeted expenditure on other heads leaving a balance of Rs 1.7 lakh crore which would constitute an additionally 0.8 percent point of GDP on the budgeted fiscal deficit of 6.7 percent of estimated GDP,” the report said.

“Thus, the fiscal deficit would need to be increased to 7.9 percent of GDP in FY22 to cover the revenue shortfall of 0.4 percent points and the expenditure additionally of 0.8 percent points of GDP,” it added.

The report said that although growth is projected at 8.3 percent in 2021 for India, this masks significant expected economic damage from COVID’s Second Wave.

A few days earlier even the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER) said it expects the Indian economy to grow 11.5% in the June quarter and the range of 8.4-10.1% in FY22 over a negative base, calling for an expansionary fiscal policy to put the economy on a sustainable growth path.

How To Motivate And Engage Employees During COVID-19?

According to a report published in Harvard Business School, when around 600 CEOs were asked what major concerns they have amidst this global pandemic, they replied unanimously- how to keep their employees motivated when their world is crumbling around them.

It is no secret that employees are having a hard time during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a report published in the Hindu Businessline, “7 in 10 Indian working professionals (70 percent) reported having felt waves of stress during the working week regularly”.

The chaos that the pandemic has created is one part. The real struggle is to juggle multiple responsibilities. Juggling work, monitoring children, and worrying about friends and family`s health has isolated people from a stress-free environment.

Perhaps, this is the time when employees need support from leadership more than ever. Support that is beyond a motivational speech or a company-wide email because when life and business as we know it has turned upside down, some effective and powerful measures are required.

While everything is in bits and pieces, organizations and their leaders must step forward. They have a unique opportunity to deviate from just usual business and step in and look after their team by putting the available resources to good use.

Leaders and seniors must create an environment, in which employees feel seen, heard, supported, and motivated as partners in the company. Happy employees are more productive and positively impact profits.

Be it pandemic or not, employees are the soul of the company and there are multiple ways to support and keep the employees motivated. The best ones are given below:

  1. Recognition & Motivation

Appreciation can make a day, can even change a life. It might sound simple, yet it has the incredible power to motivate employees at work. According to research the primary reason behind employee dissatisfaction is the lack of appreciation or recognition.

When individuals are recognized for their hard work and contribution, it creates a sense of acknowledgment. If your people are doing a commendable job, it is important to recognize it and appreciate them.

Though this practice is essential for all levels of leadership to implement daily, it is crucial for leaders who take responsibility for all employees. Do not just celebrate KPIs, but also mini-milestones to give them a boost of positivity.

  1. Be Approachable & Available

Nobody understands, but being available and accessible to your employees can be a major factor to keep your employees motivated. Your employees must have the confidence to approach you when required. Many large organizations give birth to mistrust and resentment from the mere fact that the seniors are neither visible nor approachable. Opening lines of communication and accessibility can prove vital to the success of the company.

  1. Provide Constructive Feedback

“Good job, well done” is always appreciated. But providing constructive feedback is more important. Telling your team members how their efforts positively impact the department or the company goals can impart a great sense of achievement in them. Highlighting a specific piece of work done wonderfully, regularly, lets your team know that you are paying attention, especially in the work-from-home scenario.

Constructive feedback is as important as praise. The goal should be to keep your employees grow and evolve, and hence timely feedback is crucial.

  1. Create Space for Professional & Personal Development

Personal development of employees is necessary. People join an organization not only for the current role but also for future career opportunities. Around 33% of job seekers say that professional and personal development is the most important factor in accepting a new job. If an organization does not provide its employees better professional opportunities, the top talent walks out the door.

Now when most of the people are working remotely and L&D budgets slashed, managers must encourage employees to create a culture of continuous learning. Always ensure that employees have time and space for personal development.

  1. Set Clear Goals

Are your organizational goals changed in response to COVID-19? Were employee’s daily tasks and goals redefined in response to the pandemic?

We are living in uncertain times. This has caused anxiety and stress in everyone. As a great leader or a manager, it is your responsibility to reduce role ambiguity and stress. Hence, it is important to define clear goals and boundaries when your people are working remotely.

Successful companies are those who not focus on their business, but also their people who are working tirelessly to ensure continuous services. As a leader, one must create an environment where people often feel connected and are highly engaged.

The above-mentioned strategies will not only help you to keep your employees motivated but also result in their productivity and efficiency. You can learn more by taking our ‘Problem Solving Courses’ that are specially created to tackle the unexpected challenges of the business world.

#IamOxygenMan: How To Be The Real HERO In Your Life?

Last month has been incredibly challenging. One of our team members, Nishant, lost his father to coronavirus. His father was a doctor, who was dedicatedly treating and attending to COVID-19 patients to ensure that they return to their families after winning the battle against this deadly disease.

Doctors in India are considered no less than a God, and Nishant`s father was no exception. However, the gravity of the crumbling healthcare system stuck all of us, when his father who worked devotedly to treat the COVID-19 patients in the hospital, day in day out, was left grappling for his last breaths due to the shortage of oxygen beds and the ambulance was not available.

A doctor, who was ensuring the health of patients, lost his life because of a lack of medical emergencies.

The incident was heart-wrenching. The stats and figures themselves were horrifying. Around 23 crores of new COVID cases and around 2.5 lacs deaths have been reported in India. In Delhi, alone 12.9 Lacs covid cases were registered, and around 18,739 deaths were reported in the past few days.

It compelled me to think about the condition of patients who were turned away by the hospitals, and lost their lives due to lack of medical treatment on time. While in government hospitals, there is a shortage of beds; in private hospitals, the treatment is quite expensive. Not to mention the shortage of oxygen supply that has brought the nation to its knees.

Finding hope in the darkness is not easy. With so many personal losses, the world loses its meaning. However, I could have either just sit helplessly, blaming the government and be a mere spectator or step up and do something to help save lives.

I chose the latter one and have taken an initiative with ISKCON to come forward to help and support our people, and country in this crisis. Within 4 days, with the help of my Bada Business team and ISKCON, we have set up a free Covid care Center facility in Dwarka. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the commendable work done by my BB team and ISKCON, who immediately sprang into action.

This free COVID Care facility in Dwarka is equipped with 200 oxygen beds, 10 doctors, 20 nurses, 30 paramedics, along 40 volunteers from our organization. We are also providing nutritious meals to every patient for a speedy recovery, and everyone who is working tirelessly to ensure their comfort and well-being.

To continue the services of our free Covid Care facility for the next six months, we will require funds. And to ensure that every COVID patient receives the best of the medical care and facility, we are organizing a Fundraising Event- I Am Oxygen Man on the 16th of May, from 04:00 PM onwards.

This event will witness the presence of many renowned and popular celebrities like Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam, Daler Mehendi, Shankar Mahadevan, Mika Singh, Sunil Grover, Boman Irani, Sanjeev Kapoor, Shaan, Ritesh Agarwal, Raju Shrivastav, Acharya Balkrishnan, Hema Malini and many more.

#IamOxygenMan- Our Objective

‘I Am Oxygen Man’ may give you an idea behind our event. But, it is not just limited to that. We want to encourage people to come together and generously lend their helping hand to help those who are suffering in this crisis.

Anyone who lends a helping hand towards anybody who needs help is ‘Oxygen Man’. Gone are the days when heroes like Shaktiman, Superman, Ironman, and Batman were considered to heroes. Where these heroes are fictitious; ‘Oxygen Man’ is a real-life hero that resides in each one of us.

Our aim behind the event #IamOxygenMan is clear. We want to raise INR 5 crore to fund the free COVID care center facility. The event will be broadcasted LIVE on Facebook and YouTube.

We need your support and contribution. Together, we are unstoppable in the fight against COVID-19.

The #IamOxygenMan is not just an event, it`s a movement! It gives us all a chance to unite and make a difference in someone`s life with our generosity.

Join us in our movement to save lives. Every donation to this fund will help us save a life.

Your support means the world to us!
